These we aim to achieve by challenging the current status quo for those living with cancer and changing the perceptions about life after treatment by bridging the gap between treatment and wellness.
Our goal is to improve the health and wellbeing of millions of people suffering from cancer by 2030, working in partnership with health systems and gathering evidence on our model to advance the field.
We see a world where anyone suffering from cancer, no matter wheer they live, would have access to quality multi disciplinary care they need to live longer, healthier lives.
There is a gap in the global healthcare system where patients who are in transition from facility care do not often get the best care at home to promote healing and recuperation. These sometimes lead to preventable complications and in some cases, death.
